Ingredients:
1 or 2 pheasants - cut into pieces, 2 cans mushroom soup, 1 can cheddar cheese soup, 1 medium onion, chopped.


Directions:
Brown pheasant, add to crockpot with soups and onion and cook for 5 to 6 hours. Serve over mashed potatoes or rice.
