Ingredients:
4 pheasant breasts, 1 diced onion, 2 carrots, 1 teaspoon garlic, 1/2 teaspoon thyme, 1/2 teaspoon basil.


Directions:
Combine ingredients. Bake in covered baking dish at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve with garlic mashed potatoes and garden salad.
