Ingredients:
3 tubes of cresent rolls 2 pheasant breast, cooked and shredded 2 tbl. jalapeno chopped fine (opt) 2 tablespoons onion chopped fine 8 oz cream cheese (softened) 1 tablespoon minced garlic 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese


Directions:
Mix, pheasant, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, onion, pepper (opt), garlic together. Cut each cresent roll in half to make 16 triangles from each tube. Fold the smaller end along side of wider end to make a wider shorter triangle. Flatten. Place one tsp. of pheasant mixture on each and fold over. Pinch together and roll in palm of hands to make ball. Continue with all tubes of cresent rolls. Bake until golden brown
