Ingredients:
2 pheasant breasts, cubed soy or terayaki sauce 1 pound of bacon Favorite bbq sauce


Directions:
Soak pheasant chuncks in sauce for 1/2 hour or more. Cut bacon strips into thirds. Wrap around pheasant chucks secure with tooth pick. Bake in 375 oven till bacon is done. Drizzle with warmed bbq sauce. Serve immediately or put in crock pot to keep warm.
