Venison Stroganoff

Ingredients:
1/2 pound venison steak, cut into small chunks
8 oz. sour cream
2 cans (8 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
Directions:
Cook venison in skillet. Stir in cream of mushroom soup and sour cream. Simmer on medium low for 10 to 15 minutes or until hot. Serve over rice or pasta.
