Ingredients:
12 whole de-seeded jalepeno's
1 cooked-shredded pheasant breast and thigh
bacon bits (real preferably)
your favorite crumbled bleu cheese
Directions:
1)Mix the shredded meat, bacon bits and bleu cheese.
2)Stuff the de-seeded jalepeno's with ingredients.
3)Stand the jalepeno's in a baking dish and bake for 30 mins @ 325* or until tops are browned.
4)Let the cool and serve.
