Ingredients:
3 pheasant breasts, soy sauce, McCormick Chicken seasoning, bacon


Directions:
Cut the pheasant into 2 inch long strips about 1/2 inch thick. Marinate in soy sauce over night. Cut a one pound pakcage of bacon in half. Lay out 6 inch strips of bacon on wax paper. Lay pheasant strips on bacon strips, roll up and skewer with a toothpick. Add spices. Cook using aluminum foil on gas grill over medium heat until done.
