Ingredients:
1 pound ground antelope - add suet, if desired, 1 package onion soup mix,
¼ cup dry bread crumbs, ¼ cup milk, 1 egg - beaten, oil for browning.
Directions:
Mix ¼ cup soup mix into the ground meat. Mix crumbs, milk and egg and add to the meat mixture. Form patties and brown. Remove patties and set aside. Add 2 tablespoons flour and the remaining soup mix to skillet. Brown and add 1½ cups of water. Simmer 20 minutes. Add patties and simmer 15 minutes.
